Welcome to Peakhurst Early Learning Centre, we are a new purpose built child care centre conveniently located in Peakhurst.  We cater for children from 2 to 6 years of age, Monday to Friday from 7.30am to 6.00pm.

We provide hot nutritious meals on a daily basis. This will include morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea.

We extend a warm welcome to you & your family & look forward to showing you our lovely centre.

Children are individuals with unique talents, capabilities and aspirations. These qualities need to be nurtured in order for children to flourish in their development. Children who have known respect will value themselves and others.

Children have a natural sense of curiosity. We hope to facilitate this by providing a stimulating, healthy and caring environment. If the magical early steps of play and discovery are accentuated with enjoyment, children will learn and thrive.

We believe that children learn best through play based activities. In conjunction with the Australian Government Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and through our Play, Discover, Learn programming philosophy, our program encourages children to become involved by providing interest based activities, which enables them to develop their capabilities and at the same time build on needs and challenge their strengths.

We work to support families in their parenting role and share with them information of benefit to their child’s development. We encourage families to be active participators in the life of Peakhurst Early Learning Centre.
As staff, we work in a collaborative way, sharing our knowledge and expertise. We work with children to discover ideas, provide opportunities for learning and engage in active research alongside the children. We are committed in extending our skills and abilities through ongoing professional development.
