My name is Helen and I am a registered educator with Hurstville City Council Family Day Care Scheme.

I came from a Chinese Background and live with my husband and I have my own children, one big boy who is studying in Sydney Boys High School and a little 3 years old daughter. I can speak Mandarin, Cantonese and English.

I was a primary school teacher for 8 years in China prior to starting my family day care .

I believe that children should be looked after in an environment where there is love and friendship with everyone and they can have fun learning.

Activities provided in my Family Day Care are drawing, painting, craft, telling/reading stories, singing/music, dancing, play dough, sand play, balls etc. I also regularly borrow toys from our local toy library. I also attend playgroup on a regular basis and story time at Penshurst Public School which is located on the same street and within easy walking distance to my family day care.

Hours of Operation

Monday — Friday    7:30am to 5:30pm.  I am also available for before and after school care and vacation care.
