This centre is a not for profit community based preschool that has been operating for over 60 years.

We are open from 9.00am to 3.00pm
We are closed for school holidays and public holidays
Children attend tthree days (Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday) or two days (Thursday/Friday) each week
Each group includes children of diverse ability and cultures.
Children range in age from 3 to 5 years of age.

We

Have a commitment to provide a program that reflects current best practise in early childhood education.
Provide an environment promoting high quality care for young children
Actively promote the inclusion of young children who experience a developmental delay or disability
Have specialised teachers who facilitate the inclusion of children with diverse abilities
Have a Special Educator/Director who coordinates services to families and provides programs for children referred for support
Have a range of very well qualified and experienced staff providing programs that develop the abilities and interests of each child.
Have staff who continue to update their knowledge and expertise through internal and external staff development programs.
Have teaching staff who hold current first aid certificates
We organise events each term that provide a range of exciting and interesting experiences

Management

The centre is managed by a Board of Directors. The Authorised Supervisor reports to the Board each term on all aspects of the operations of the centre.

There is also a Parent Club that meets each term to organise fundraising events with the Authorised Supervisor.

Fees

We receive funding from the Department of Community Services and can offer a limited number of subsidised places.

Fees can be paid each week, fortnightly, monthly or per term, in advance.

Provisions

Families provide healthy food, drink and a change of clothes.

Waiting List

Please phone or email to put your child’s name on the waiting list to ensure your child has a chance of getting a place. If you wish to visit the preschool then please phone to make an appointment with the Authorised Supervisor.
